Hyatt Regency Kinabalu presented Raya Cake to Sabah Head of State

At the recent Hari Raya cake presentation held at the State Palace, Hyatt Regency Kinabalu’s Pastry Chef, Ismail Saidin presented a 50-kilogram butter cake that resembles the preparation for the Hari Raya celebration to Head of State Tun Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Juhar Bin Haji Mahiruddin and his wife, Toh Puan Datin Seri Panglima Hajah Norlidah Datuk R.M Jasni. All items on the cake are edible and beautifully crafted with white chocolate and sugar. Chef Ismail dedicated his time and spent only a week to complete the cake with the help of his assistant.
