Jollibee opened the doors of its milestone store in Malaysia to over a thousand excited patrons at Center Point Sabah, Kota Kinabalu in December 2018. On the opening day, long lines of customers waited for hours to get their hands on Jollibee’s beloved Chickenjoy, which crispylicious juicylicious taste has gained an international following and impressed even the late celebrity chef, Anthony Bourdain.

The long queue of hungry fans continued to be sighted even a week after the opening and it stays that way until the grand opening today (20 February 2019).
