Mentaiko (pallock roe) and Natto (fermented soybeans) are common ingredients in Japanese Cuisine. Its rich flavor goes well with a lot of Japanese cuisine and it is best eaten over hot steamy rice. Chef Kenny, inspired by pallock roe, has come up with his own version of how the ingredient can be best used in Japanese Cuisine by assembling his own special dishes such as Mentaiko Chazuke, Mentaiko Chahan, Mentaiko Maki, each paired with Natto, the perfect companion to complete your dining experience.
