The Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre’s (the Centre) award-winning culinary team has refreshed its menu for its stunning Parkview Deck Café. Guests can now dine on these tasty treats whilst enjoying the spectacular views of the KLCC Park and iconic PETRONAS Twin Towers.
Salted Egg Yolk Carbonara
In addition to the Japanese Clam Pasta (pictured above), pasta lovers can also try the Salted Egg Yolk Carbonara – Al dente spaghetti cooked with salted egg yolk and fresh seafood, or the Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo – Italian flat pasta cooked with unsalted butter, grated nutmeg and cream. If fresh hand-made sandwiches and bagels are your preference, the BSS – Grilled ciabatta with streaky beef strips, scrambled eggs, Swiss cheese, roasted vine tomatoes and a tomato chutney, or the Smoked Salmon Bagel – Home-made bagel with smoked salmon, tomatoes, onions, capers, and herb & garlic cream cheese, are the perfect choice.

Elaborating on the menu, the Centre’s Executive Chef, Hisham Bin Jaafar, shared, “All-day breakfast options are now available, including the Protein Breakfast – Four scrambled eggs, served with smoked chicken loaf, grilled tomatoes and toast, which is a great meal for those needing that protein hit post-work out in the KLCC (Kuala Lumpur City Centre) park. Guests looking for a more local breakfast can try our Prata & Tarik – Traditional Indian flat bread, served with dhall, fish curry and a choice of teh tarik or kopi tarik, which will definitely satisfy that craving.”
He continued, “The menu revamp is part of our effort to keep our culinary offerings fresh and exciting for both returning guests and those coming for the first time. Our team is continuously creating new dishes and we are excited to share these tasty creations with Parkview Deck Café guests.”
Come grab a bite of the new tasty treats at the Centre’s Parkview Deck Café, located on Level One and open from 8.00am – 7.00pm, Monday to Friday.
