Sukiyaki with Special Wagyu

Originally from Hokkaido, this amazing Japanese Restaurant is located in Oceanus Waterfront Mall, Kota Kinabalu. It serves delectable, authentic and fusion Japanese Cuisine (Actual Sushi, Tempura ,Teppanyaki , Grilled Chicken-Yakkitori ) for discerning diners in the city. For Japanese Cuisine Fans who looks for perfection in presentation, taste and service, this is the restaurant that is worth visiting. For the Signature Food Fest 2017, Sakagura Japanese Restaurant presented Sukiyaki with Special Wagyu.

With extensive menu of Western dishes, Shoney’s Dining and Bar is proud with its amazing achievements in the past Signature Food Fest for winning multiple awards. This restaurant recently won the Cleanest Restaurant in the city, awarded by Kota Kinabalu City Hall. They are not only about yum delish dishes but cleanest as well! For the Signature Food Fest 2017, Shoney’s presented their gigantic, amazing 13′ Giant Burger! It’s indeed gigantic that it can be shared by 8 pax!

Tanjung Ria Kitchen @ Hyatt Regency Kinabalu is well-known for their great dishes in both taste and presentation. In fact this eatery is known by everyone that it needs no introduction. For the Signature Food Fest 2017, Tanjung Ria Kitchen presented their legendary, signature dish, Oxtail Asam Pedas that is coated in a sauce of dried chili, tamarind and local spices and perfectly braised for four to five hours. Utmost and detailed attention is given by the Executive Chef, Tunku Farazil, ensuring only high quality dishes are served to discerning diners. Accompanying the legendary dish were the tasty Cheese Naan and Garlic Naan.

The Glass Grill & Bar is located on the 7th Floor of Suria Sabah Shopping Mall. With indoor and outdoor dining area, this restaurant serves many great international dishes. For the Signature Food Fest 2017, The Glass Grill & Bar presented their Signature Dish named as Fish Roll with Sweet Mashed Potato served with Orange Butter Sauce and Mango Salsa, a dish with so many great and colorful elements on the plate.
