6 September 2017, Kota Kinabalu – The annual PADI Course Director Training Course (PADI CDTC) hosted by Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI) is now back in Kota Kinabalu from 4 – 13 September 2017. The course was conducted in Shangri-la Tanjung Aru Resort and Spa and Borneo Divers Dive Academy and Leisure Centre, Mamutik Island.
Conducted by PADI delegates from PADI Americas, PADI Asia Pacific and PADI China with 3 translators to assist the 46 candidates during the course, PADI Course Directors are the scuba diving industry’s most influential leaders and role models. Every applicant has to go through a competitive process to examine their experience and training goals to earn themselves a spot in the PADI CDTC. Upon completing the course applicants will receive the highest and most respected professional rating in recreational scuba diving.
The PADI Course Director Training Course is supported by Sabah Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Environment and Borneo Divers Dive Academy and Leisure Centre as the logistic facilitator.
