Both Le Meridien Kota Kinabalu and Four Points by Sheraton Sandakan was recently awarded with the Certificate of Excellence 2017, by Trip Advisor, the world’s largest travel website. Both hotel’s achievement was made possible through the positive reviews and feedback from guests who include travelers, diners and planners from all compass points across the globe.

With consistent outstanding travelers’ reviews on the hotel’s services, accommodation, restaurants and the destination in Trip Advisor, the Certificate of Excellence was awarded to recognise the highly quality service that the hotel provides. Businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher out of a possible five by travelers on Trip Advisor in order to be qualified for the award. Additional criteria include the number of reviews received within the last 12 month.
