Tuan Yang Terutama (TYT) Yang di-Pertua Negeri Sabah Tun Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Juhar Bin Haji Mahiruddin and wife – Yang Amat Berbahagia Toh Puan Datin Seri Panglima Hajah Norlidah Datuk R.M Jasni was presented with a 98 kg edible Vanilla Butter Cake in the form of a Unique 3D Giant Cake based on Universiti Malaysia Sabah’s (UMS) Pink Mosque design in conjunction with the upcoming Hari Raya Festive celebration.
The entire process from conceptualization up to the final details took 10 Pastry personnel to complete in 3 days. The team was led by Pastry Sous Chefs Michael Kong under the supervision of international award-winning Executive Chef H.K. Cheong.
