Chef Chandran Narayanan said the Ramadan Bazaar include dishes to appease the taste buds after a long day of fasting.
“The Selera Kampung Ramadan Bazaar Buffet is traditional kampung-style cuisine that reflects the colorful background and culture of Malaysians,” said Chandran.
Wonderful indulgences awaut diners as the vibrant flavors and aroma of Malaysian Kampung-style cuisine comes to life at the Grand Ballroom, The Pacific Sutera Hotel from the first day to the last day of Ramadan Month (6.00pm to 10.30pm).
“Diners will be spoilt with abundance choice such as rendang Sumatera, sup tulang herba (beef bones in herbal soup), nasi kerabu, nasi kandar, chicken shawarma, Arabic-style with roasted leg of lamb and many more,” said the Sarawak-born chef.
There will also be a special Ghazal performance, dedicated prayer room with prayer mats and on-site ablution facility for Tarawih prayers led by Imam as well as free parking for all diners.

Selera Kampung is priced at RM128.00nett per adult and children between 6 to 12 years old get to dine at half price. Booking of 20 persons and above is entitled for 20% discount throughout the fasting month.
